At Modylol, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, contact us at support@modylol.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Please do not send items back without prior approval — our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We offer free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For standard returns due to change of mind, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

No Restocking Fees

We do not apply restocking fees. You will receive the full refund amount for the returned product once approved.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and still has its original tags attached.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 15 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@modylol.com with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Incorrect Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Modylol is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by customers. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.
