1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the date of purchase. This includes processing, packing, and transit.

4. When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@modylol.com with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements to help you choose the right fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact our support team before ordering — we're happy to help.

8. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes. You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

9. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

10. Will the color/fabric look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display accurate colors and fabric details, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.
